KT Properties was founded over 18 years ago. However, the family’s roots in the construction business span three (3) generations. Silvery Tersini, Mark and Ken Tersini’s grandfather, started Tersini Construction in Silicon Valley 70 years ago. Ken and Mark’s father, Lou Tersini, was responsible for the development of approximately 16,000 single family homes in Santa Clara County with notable companies such as Citation Homes and Arcadia Development. Today, KT Properties carries on the family legacy and is at the forefront of transforming downtown San Jose into a vibrant 24/7 community.
